The beads software is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3. You may use, study, modify and redistribute it under that licence. If you modify it and offer it over a network, you must follow the licence rules on providing corresponding source. The software is provided as is, without warranties beyond the licence.

Some implementations use and modify a cross-brand colour-number map. The pinned upstream revision is 2efee730f73dd4eb472ebde443a022d11f98bc21. Original author Zippland, licence AGPL-3.0. Port and change notes stay in the third-party notice.
The current Android version uses a generic Radix palette. The list below is the licences of components used by the native app. Those component licences do not grant AGPL to the Android app as a whole or to art assets.
Supplies 372 on-screen reference colours in the generic palette. They do not stand for any material brand’s physical colour numbers.

Pictures you import, and works inside them, still belong to their rights holders. Third-party software licences do not by themselves grant rights in pictures, brand marks or art. Respect those rights when you share or redistribute work.
